Compatibility of iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8 Plus and XR original screens

Original iPhone 7 Plus, 8 Plus and XR screens manufactured by LG or Toshiba may not be replaced with each other. It can be identified by the barcode at the screen cable connector, as shown in the picture. LG (DTP/C3F) screen is a universal version that can be used on the phone with LG or Toshiba Screen. However, the Toshiba (C11/F7C) screen may not fit on the phone with the Toshiba screen.

If the Toshiba screen is replaced for the phone with an LG screen, it may cause touch issues (for instance: ghosting touch, unresponsive touch or freezing contact).
